Our approach to training is inspired by the Marine Corps' warfighting philosophy, which seeks to cultivate an "Ambush Mentality." We believe that to accomplish physical goals in your sport (weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, ball sports, military training, etc.), you must approach training with the right mindset to put yourself in a position of advantage.
